Came here to attend Makassar International Eight Festival dan Forum 2017, this is a really beautiful waterfront, great view, clean, and casual place to hang out and enjoy a bit of nature.

The guide said the place look a little bit dirty becase of the street food sellers. But when I arrived, it doesn't look as bad. They have museum with certain entrance fee. This place is good for sightseeing, give you the nostalgic feeling as if you're in the 1960s thanks to the buildings. I love vintages, that's why this place is really amazing and fun for me.

This place offers Makassar's traditional food called Coto, it is a beef stew made from herbs and spices usually served with beef meat and beef offal. Most notably, This place is popular with the tourists and locals alike, as locals usually bring their guests including government officials here to introduce Coto to them. As for the taste, I personally enjoy them and they also provide some rice cakes called Ketupat to eat them with. The price is not exactly cheap but overall it is a quite filling meal. I would recommend going to this place to eat for tourists.

One of legend resto ini Makassar. Mie amoy ex mie anto is one of noodles legend in makassar along with mie awa, mie titi, and mie hengky. Mie kering is the famous one. Its crisp noodle mixed with thick souce. Amazing taste. Everyone should taste it.
